Sabra Hebrew Day Camp, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non profit organization.

We are qualified to receive tax deductible contributions to enable needy children to participate in our program.

Our Mission

 

    At Sabra campers will develop their Hebrew skills through constantly hearing Hebrew spoken during all activities. 

    At Sabra your children will have a summer of fun-filled recreational and cultural activities in an environment that fosters a love for and growing knowledge of Hebrew and Judaism in an informal setting. 

    At Sabra Hebrew Day Camp your child's well being is our most important consideration. Activities are designed to meet individual needs, interests, and skills of each camper. 

    At Sabra Hebrew is the working language of the camp, but the ability to speak or understand Hebrew is not a prerequisite for attendance. 

    At Sabra Kashrut is strictly observed.

When: June 22 through August 14, 2009  

            9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

            Before & After Care Availavle

 Who: Boys & Girls entering Kindergarten through 6th grade  &

            7/8th grade CIT program

Campers may register for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 weeks.

v     FULL SPORTS, ICE SKATING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

v     FREE  HOT LUNCH (STRICTLY KOSHER) ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

v     OPTIONAL HEBREW READING & WRITING LESSONS  (FREE)

v     SWIMMING AND SWIM INSTRUCTION AT NEARBY POOL

v     ALL ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED IN MODERN HEBREW

v     ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO MEET INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND INTERESTS

v     TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE FROM ROCKVILLE, KEMP MILL & ASPEN HILL
